Sash Support System

Question

I am looking for two replacement sash support systems. Our windows are Atrium, installed in 2002. Do you have these parts available? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello there!

It looks like your balances use a 15-043 terminal clip which leads me to believe you have our S770-30 with the 30C strength option and S770-26 with the 26C strength option. Look over the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
