Sash balance

Question

Hello, I'm looking to replace both my balance's, not sure if it's a model 380 or 385. The metal housing is 20 inches. I have enclosed pictures of the stamp and end pieces. Thanks for the help!

Hi, Nate.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I agree that you have either our S380-20 or S385-20 channel balance but I'm afraid I don't know which one you would need. The best match will depend on the depth of the balance's bottom fitting which I, unfortunately, can't determine from photos. You'll need to measure as shown in the image below and use your best judgment. You will also need the 1930 spring strength option, based on your 19 3 stamp.
