Sash balance clutch

Question

I need 18 of the grey clutch mechanism in the sash balance mechanism pictured above. It says Amesburytruth.com on the part. The window is a Plygem unit approx. 20 years old. You can see the broken part still in the balance (image 9290)

Thanks for writing in! Your T-lock balance shoe looks pretty similar to our 15-195B open cam shoe. This is used with our Series 795 Channel Balance.

To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions below.
