Please see our S390-25 channel balance. This may be what you need. I'm not sure about the stamp option, though. What is the weight of your sash?
A home owner says:
Thanks, it weights 1 pound.

Can you confirm? I've never seen a sash that light. Make sure you are not weighing the balance instead. The sash is the framed glass that slides up and down when you open and close the window.
A home owner says:
It is 44 pounds.

Perfect, thanks! That's pretty heavy, so we will need to custom make this. I've emailed you a custom balance order form, including price quote, which you should receive soon.
A home owner says:
Thank you for your help, I have placed the new order. Great customer service!

Hello,

It looks like you are requesting the same balances shown in your post from 2015 shown above. We can still supply them but we'll need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

A home owner from San Jose, CA says:
I need 2 for now, and the 2 metal clips that helps to install the channels. Thanks!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Great, we just sent over an order link and price quote for two balances. As for the clips you need, take a look at the 16-002 take-out clip below to see if this could work for your repair.
