Sash balance replacement

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-20, S385-20, or S378-20 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

I also recommend that you double check the weight of your sash. Your stamp indicates a sash weight of 25 pounds, not 20.

If your sash is 20 pounds, you can use our 1950 stamp option, regardless of what Series you go with. Two balances with this option can carry 18 through 21 pounds.

If it is 25 pounds, instead, then our 1960 would be better. This holds 22 through 26 pounds.
