Sash balance system

Question

Looking for the sash balance spring assembly. The window sticker is attached. As well as a picture of the assembly. It is a single hung window from MI Windows and Doors with number 121237411.9.

Thanks for reaching out to us! You'll need the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe to replace your existing shoes. These are used with the Series 180 Coil Balances, attached using the 33-073 screw. Your coils are anchored to the window track using the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushing.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040 Pivot Bar.
