I have a vertical window that doesn't stay in place. I plan on replacing the balancer and looking for help to identify the right parts including take out clips.
The current channels (metal part) measures 25 5/8", 5/8" depth and 25-4 stamp.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 25-5/8" which is what makes it custom. Can you tell me how many balances you're looking to order? I can draft a price quote from there.
Are you also looking for the top sash guide in your last photo? If so, we will need to see "mugshot" photos of an undamaged version removed from the window. For new take-out clips, see the 16-002.
