Welcome to our site. Here's what we need to identify your balance: the length, strength, and Series.
The length and strength can be picked out of the code you provided, and then, they can be verified. The vital part of the code is "32-4" which suggests a 33" balance with a strength option of "3240". To verify the length, measure the metal channel from end to end. It should measure 33".
You can then remove your sliding window sash and weigh it. The weight can be compared to a chart that you will find on the webpage for the balance you end up selecting. There is a weight range for the "3240" option, and your sash should fall within the range on the webpage. You need the Series to get to that page, though.
The Series depends on the size and shape of those plastic attachments on both ends of the metal channel. You can use our channel balance ID guide to try to figure out which one you need. If you see that two different Series look exactly the same as yours, try closely measuring the bottom shoe attachment. The size might make a difference.
