Mainly need lower piece that window latches to, but will need some coils and coil holders also. Have more photos if needed.

Hello there. It looks like you have Series 152 Coil Balances. For each coil balance you replace, you need to select a spring weight. The spring weight designates the weight each individual coil spring can support. Look for stamps on the springs, near their tongues, that indicate this. If there are no stamps or you're uncertain, give us the exact weight of the window sash that these coil systems support, and we can work out the spring weights you need. If you need new pivot shoes, our 15-177 should replace your older model. For new coil supports, see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These pieces 'sandwich' around each individual coil spring. Let me know if you have further questions.

If only the coil balance shoe is broken, do I need other parts?

One more thing, I assume there is a right and left of the coil balance shoes, coil bushings and coil caps.

How do I order?

I see they work on right or left

If the shoe is the only thing that's broken, then you can just replace that and reuse everything else. That shouldn't be an issue at all.

As for left and right handed applications, the 15-177 can work for either side interchangeably.

All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.
