Thanks for posting. Hm, this pivot shoe is pretty badly damaged. I need a little more information to be able to confidently identify a replacement for you. Could you provide the width and thickness of the pivot shoe? That should help us narrow down possible options. Thanks.

Perfect, thank you! This one's pretty cut and dry; I recommend our 15-046. This dimensions are the same, plus it should definitely connect to your existing balance and pivot bar. That's the only criteria a pivot shoe needs to fit so I think this is the way to go. Let me know what you think.
