Hi, on your site, the replacement of the part I've attached photos states it's discontinued. Would you recommend an alternative replacement I should purchase that's also 24" in length and the associated plastic pieces to attached to my windows sides?

Your balance looks fairly small. Can you verify the width of the metal channel?

I'm going to wager that it's 3/8". If so, then I'd recommend the S800-24 as a replacement option.
