Sash guide and channel balance

Sash guide black this is the part number I think it is please verify because mine doesn't have a number 18-161

Channel balance has a part number 3420. My length is 35 inches of the metal part of it and about 1/2 inch wide.

Thanks for posting. I agree that the Top Sash Guide resembles our 18-161. For the channel balance, I believe you need either our S380-35 or S385-35. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 3420.
