Hello! Looks like you're showing us a pivot bar. These install on the bottom two corners of the sash and insert into the pivot shoe, allowing the sash to tilt in for cleaning or replacement.

Yours in particular is very similar to our 26-089. It even has a similar pattern of three installation holes. I recommend looking over our dimensions just to be sure that everything matches up. If our dimensions differ from your measurements in any way, please let me know how and we'll do our best to find something better.
