Sash pivot bars.

Question

I have several of these that are broken and I'm looking for replacements. These are from replacement windows that were installed before I owned the house, so I am not sure of the brand.

Your pivot bar resembles the 26-378. The determining factor would be how the dimensions below compare to yours. As long as at lest one installation hole backset matches yours, you'll be able to screw it into the sash. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!
