Hi there!

We don't have this exact coil balance assembly but you can replace it with the 15-259 pivot shoe which uses the Series 159 coil springs. See the video below that will demonstrate the entire replacement process and the other parts that are needed for this repair.

I have already been advised on what parts I need however I am trying to determine what size coil spring I need there is no stamp on my current spring. How do I choose?

If there aren't any numbers on your coil springs, you'll need to weigh your sash on a scale and divide the weight by the number of coils on both sides of the window to determine the correct strength option.
