Sash shoe???

My window won't stay open because I damaged what I think is called the sash shoe. I believe they are Anderson windows

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. This part is called a pivot shoe. Yours is an older design that's not made anymore, but our 15-177 can replace it without issue. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
Please also note for future repairs that this is not an Andersen brand window. I'm not sure what it may be as this shoe is a generic part. Andersen typically only uses their own parts.
