Window sash springs

A quick learner from USA says:
I'm trying to purchase a pair of sash springs for a window in my home. Could you please check my attached photos? I'd like to know what windows I have, too, if you can tell from the info. Thanks so much-

Tom from SWISCO responded:
You have one of two balances: S385-20 and S380-20. To tell the difference, measure as shown below. The 1" shoe is for a Series 380, and the 1-3/32" shoe belongs to Series 385. It should be a 1920 option, but you should weigh the window sash to check.

Nearly any window brand could use these channel balances, unfortunately.
