Sash springs and locking foot

Hi: I was hoping you could help me the 2 attached pictures are the foot associated with sash spring and the other is what hold the sash spring in place. The window is 2012 and I think it is a simonton

Additionally the window has the following on the side of the bottom window SASH F0080CRF 0799766501 0002. Also one side looks like a 2 coil support and the right side appears to have only 1 coil support.

Also spring is 3/8" wide

Thanks for posting, Ron. Based on your photos, you have a 15-199 pivot shoe, which is designed to be used with the 3/8" thick Series 165.

Ok Thanks. Do I use just 1 spring on each side. The existing one has 2 springs on the left side. Is there a specific spring holder that I have to use. The existing ones have been damaged by a former owner. Thanks Again Ron
