Sash weight option for S380-29

A home owner from Orlando, FL says:
Hi. I've determined based on the counter-balance length and foot depth that I need a S380-29 channel-balance. However, I'm not sure about the sash weight option. I have attached pictures of the removed broken channel-balance with stamp and manufacturer sticker on the window. Do these explain the sash weight option I need? Thank you,
Scott

Hello! Your stamp reads 28B, which means you can very likely use our 2820 stamp option as a replacement. The way these typically work is A=10, B=20, C=30, and so on. You can always weigh your sash to confirm but I feel pretty confident that I'm right.

As for the top sash guide, it's tough to tell from this angle but that might match our 18-180. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
