Sash window hardware

Question

I'm not sure the name of the parts. It has a few cords, a spring or coil looking metal part and a pivot shoe on the bottom where the bar fits into I need the whole system.

Thanks for reaching out! The window balance you have here may be the discontinued, Crossbow channel balance. There is a good chance our Series 795 Channel Balance (or a similar style) can replace them but I'll need to know details from an undamaged balance to confirm the correct replacement.
