Sash window replacement parts

Question

I have not removed the pivot shoe but it looks like a 15-015 without the screw to lock the spiral balance, based on the dimensions. The spiral balance is 42" but it has a blue end piece. It is 5/8" diameter. It seems red and black tips are only available on your website. Can you confirm the Parts with this amount of information and the photos?

If the outer tube of the spiral balance is indeed 5/8" in diameter and 42" long, then see our S600-42. To know what color tip to select, obtain the exact weight of the window sash, then match that weight with either color tip option as listed under the product description. Let me know if the weight does not fall in the weight range for either option.

For the pivot shoe, I am not certain that this is the 15-015, which has a characteristic shape--the cam color with these pivot shoes doesn't necessarily indicate anything. Your best bet is to remove the shoe and compare its width and thickness to options like the 15-046, 15-047, or 15-118. See if one of these match up.
