Screen door wheels are too rusted to remove

A home owner from OCEAN CITY NJ says:
Hi. As you can see, the bottom wheels on this screen door have rusted so badly the mounting leaf has broken off where attached to the door bottom. Picture is one of the top wheel. Mounting screws on bottom so rusted will not hold screw driver tip. Either i use a screw puller or simply drill out existing screw. Have you any experience with either method? Drilling out is easier but i'm afraid I'll oversize the hole and then won't find a machine screw with a head small enough to fit in the recess between the bottom front/rear walls.

I recommend that you try just drilling the top of the head off. See if that will work. If not then just drill out the whole like you have been doing. It's hard to get anything in there. Maybe try a set a narrow vise grips see it that could work, like the 75-054.
