Long Nose Locking Pliers

do you have instructions on how to replace the pivot shoe # 15-159? Our Malta windows are in great shape, except for the pivot shoes, which are all cracking and breaking. I hope it is easy to replace?

Pictures of adjacent window. Knurled crank mechanism is stripped inside housing so can't open window to remove sill or access parts. No names or numbers visible anywhere.

Hi. As you can see, the bottom wheels on this screen door have rusted so badly the mounting leaf has broken off where attached to the door bottom. Picture is one of the top wheel.
