Screws that goes to the 90-252 - Latch Mechanism we purchased from you.

Question

We purchased 2 of the 90-252 - Latch Mechanism from you but it didn't come with screws. Unfortunately 3 of the old screws were lost. Two local hardware stores could not match the one we have. Any chance you have them for purchase? They are 3/4" in length and seem to be #9 width? I say 9 because #8's are too small and 10's too large to fit in latch. Any help you could provide would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there. Unfortunately, we do not carry a #9 X 3/4" flat head sheet metal screw and I'm not sure that size screw would be easily accessible at a local hardware store. I recommend seeing if you can purchase the screw at a hardware store in your area. Also, ask them if they have a way to anchor the existing screw in the window. Looking at the base of the 90-252 lock, there are other mounting holes. You could try and see if you can use one of the other holes to mount the lock.
