Not sure the part I need.
Width is 1/2
Plastic to plastic in length is 30 inches
Metal to Metal is 29 inches
The serial number on there is 05/10 UNIQUE 28-D-40

I am afraid we don't have this exact balance since the Unique balance company went out of business. But, we can still help. Take a look at both our S380-29 and S385-29 balance. These look exactly the same with the exception of the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth of the bottom shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". Measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below to determine the correct balance. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2840 option.
