Hello there. This looks similar to part of a 15-192 Certainteed Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. However, please check if this is a Simonton window. If it is, we've found the Certainteed shoe has difficulty fitting into Simonton windows; you have to rub down the alignment nubs on the face of the window track for it to fit, and even then I'm not sure if it will work. Because of this, we encourage you to consider our alternative solution: the 15-259 Pivot Shoe. This should fit Simonton windows, but note you'll have to replace the coil balance assemblies as well with the Series 159 Coil Balances. The video below shows how to do this.
