Searching for 128 00

Question

This is for a Pella window left side 21 in. Chanel Balance 120 00 or 128 00. House built in 1992. And I like to have a Tilt Latch for this window. Very hard to reed the numbers ! Thank you. Otto . No numbers on the Tilt Latch ! Thanx.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like our Series 795 channel balance but with the 15-194 shoe instead (sold separately). The video below will show you how to swap this with the default one that comes with the S795.

If the stamp can't be made out then you will need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper option. There's a chart under the product description on the S795 store page that will tell you what stamp is best based on the weight of the window sash.

Please note that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom-made.

We don't sell an exact match for the tilt latch, unfortunately. If the cut out on your sash for the tilt latch is 9/16" wide by 2-9/16" long, you might be able to use the 26-243 and 26-244 though I can't make any guarantees. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
