I am having a little trouble locating this type of pivot bar. Are both screw holes in the pivot bar used? Would you happen to be able to send us some extra photos of the pivot shoe this pivot bar goes into?

Ah, we do recognize your pivot shoe as our 15-177 shoe. Unfortunately, we still were not able to locate your exact pivot bar. We do offer our 26-226, which measures 3-1/16" long and has 1" distance between the screw holes and it fits into the pivot shoe mentioned. Look it over. Do you think this will work for you?
