Looks like you need a crossbow balance.  These aren't made anymore, but you can use our Series 795 as a substitute. The process is a bit involved but the video below should clarify all the steps you need to get the job done.

As for these two other parts, we can help with the tilt latch but not for that guide. I've seen that guide before but we've unfortunately never been able to find a good replacement option.

For the tilt latch, your specific model isn't made anymore but our 26-243 and 26-244 might match up. I recommend comparing our dimensions to yours to make sure everything aligns. If they differ in any way, let me know how and we'll find something better. We'll definitely be able to find something for this no matter what, it's just a matter of narrowing it down.
