Searching for 19 9 jr caldwell window balance

Question

The balance has 19 9 JR CALDWELL printed on itso a 20" 9LB and i think the ends are 15P124 on top and 15P172 at the bottom but am not certain. I need two of these.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-20 or S385-20 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need since your stamp is outdated. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.
