LOOKING FOR A WINDOW CHANNEL BALANCE FOR MY MOTHERS WINDOW. sTAMP 20 5 FP CALDWELL. WHAT IVE SEEN ON LINE ARE SIMILAR BUT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT PLASTIC ENDS. ANY ADVICE, THANKS DAVE

Hey Dave. That stamp code only tells us the strength of the balance. To know its identity, please send us pictures of those nylon fittings on both ends. We'll do our best to ID what you need from there.

Thanks for these. Assuming the metal channel is 21" long, see either our S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or what we call the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2050.
