This balance looks like our Series 795, however it looks like you have a hook on top. This means it may need to be a custom order. To confirm, can you show me a picture of the hole in your window where that hook went? That will let us know for sure. I may have a way around it.

As for the tilt latch, it's hard to make out from this photo. Can you show me another picture of it from the side?
