Searching for 23 inch sash srping

Quick Learner
Got a few wooden window sashes that like to fall down. Found the friction shoe broken on top where the spring attaches. I included a pic of the shoe and the spring. I haven't measured all of the shoe dimensions, but your Caradco Friction shoe looks like it. I don't know if the spring is bad yet. Still has some snap to it but for parts purposes, it measures about 23 inches long. Tried to take a photo of the top and that just looks like a mess. Not sure how that is secured or how I would remove anything to get to it. Suggestions are most welcome.

This is a jamb liner system, where the springs are built into the window jambs themselves. We carry the shoe that works with the system, our 15-104, but not the spring themselves. Contact a mill work in your area. They should be able to replace this entire setup for you. Let me know if you have further questions.
