Hi,

Couldn't find # 2417 on your website. Hopefully, there is a substitute for this one, attached is a picture. I measured and the length is 25 inches... I will need 8

Thank you! This looks like our S390-25 channel balance, but I'm not so sure about that stamp. 2417 is very peculiar. Could you give me the exact weight of your sash? That would help us determine for sure what kind of spring strength option you need for this balance.
