Hello,
I'm looking for quantity 2 block and tackle "25 4 CT CALDWELL" for "Insulate" non-tilt window. I'm unable to add photos, not sure why. But, I do have photos of the window and existing hardware.

My recommendation would be the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. The best match will come down to the bottom shoe size so you'll need to measure as shown below. You will also need the 2540 spring strength option, based on your 25 4 stamp.
