Searching for 25-4 DQ Caldwell

We are looking for a replacement channel balance for our windows.  the whole thing is about 26 inches long and 5/8 inch wide and 5/8 inch deep.  Here are the pictures I've taken.  What is a good replacement for this part?  Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Either our S380-26 or S385-26 channel balances look like good matches. The important difference between them is the depth of the bottom fitting. Measure as shown below to determine the best match for your repair. Based on the stamp printed on the metal channel, you'll want to select the 2540 strength option.
