This appears to be either an S351-27 or S390-27. Just make sure the top fitting lacks wings, or 'side tabs' (basically our 19-005 vs our 19-002). The only difference between the Series 351 and Series 390 is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the diagram below. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2620.
