This is a very old handle set that is, unfortunately, discontinued. You may be able to use something like our 82-005 as an alternative, but that's not necessarily a guarantee. I can tell you that you would at least need to reuse your old keeper and very likely need to drill new holes. Look it over and see what you think, or let me know if you had any questions.

The 82-005 actually comes with a keeper already, but it's a face-mount style, meaning it will have to screw to the side stile. I'm not sure how possible that is with your setup, though. We unfortunately don't sell a side-mount variety anymore.
