Searching for 28" 27 3 cr caldwell channel balance

Question

Hi, I am looking for a pair of channel balances, my old ones are marked 27 3 CR CALDWELL and the metal channel itself (not including plastic ends) measures 28 inches long, 5/8 deep. Please see attached three photos. The window the channels move up and down weighs ten pounds. Could you please help me determine the correct replacements to order?  Thanks so much! Missy Melvin

Thanks for reaching out! Your balance reminds me of our Series 395 Balances with a winged top guide and a non-winged bottom shoe. Specifically, you'll need the S395-28.

In reference to the stamp, the 27 3 would indicate that you'd need a 2730 stamp which supports a sash weighing 13 to 19lbs. However, since your sash weighs 10lbs, you may need the 2720 stamp which can support 9 to 13lbs.

I would recommend double checking the weight of your sash to be sure.
