Searching for 28" 27 4 B.S.I. OC

Question

My name is Todd Dominick & I am a handyman type who is looking for 4 of the replacement parts that I picture below for two windows.	series 1000 single hung PL number 043?019 22.3# & 28" long metal channel.  I'm not 100% sure where I even got the "series 1000 single hung PL number 043-019 but you can count on the pics and the 22.3# & 28" long metal channel being accurate.

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balances are either the S380-28 with a 1" shoe or the S385-28 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channel of these balances is 28".

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.
