Looks like that's just a picture of the pulley system. The piece I'm talking about is a clip or shoe at the very end of the cord. It should be what connects the sash to the balance.

Yes, that's it. It's tough to tell what you have since it's broken, but it's similar to the 15-014 shoe that comes with our Series 751 channel balance. Look over our Series 751 and see if this is a good match.
