Replacing all hardware on a big bay window

Question

Please help! I bought a house and need to replace the hardware on a big bay window. It has two left casements, picture in the middle, and two right casements. The hinges, operators, tracks, and locking are all damaged. Either cracked, rusted, or deteriorated. Please take a look at the pictures. Certain pieces say "Truth" "30744" "31133" "30473"
