Hello,

I don't recognize this lock with roughly 3-1/2" hole spacing at first glance but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we're unable to locate a casement lock with your dimensions. It might no longer be available but take a look at the 38-144 lock. Someone suggested using this lock along with either the 38-276 or 38-277 keeper, depending on which way your casement window opens. Being that the 38-144 is not as tall as yours you will need to replace the inside window trim and drill new installation holes.
