Need a new handle set.

The inside locking device is broken. The actual handles are fine. Unless it all comes as a kit.

Sure, sounds like you just need a thumb lever. See our 82-107. I think this may just what you were looking for. We also have a video you may find helpful.

The thumb lever broke off inside. I think I need all the guts inside as well.

Gotcha. That could be the mortise. In order to recommend a replacement, I'll need a photo of that, as well.

Yes that looks like it, and I will also need the thumb lock lever too as that broke. How can I order and whats the lead time?

I'm not sure I understand. Are you talking about the 82-107 and 82-265 that I recommended above, or are you looking for something different?
