Searching for 3540 CG B.S.I. Balance

A quick learner says:

I need window balancers for aluminum single hung windows, approx. 20 years old. Dont know what brand. They are the block/tackle type, number stamped on the Balancer is: 3540 CG B.S.I. The inside of the channel is 1/2"; the outside measurement seems to be close to 1 1/2 inch

Pics attached of the ends. The top has little wings, the foot does not. I believe, but am not certain that the others I have replaced came from you. But my handyman ordered thru Ro Mac Lumber
If you have these, I will want to order 4 ( for two windows).
