I think it looks like a 395 channel balance  the stamp we see is 1669. The window has 2 on each side

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see both end fittings of your balance removed from the window to confirm if the S395 would be our best replacement option. As for your stamp, 1669 does not correspond to any of our strength options so you would need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need.
