Thank you for the additional photos! I recommend you look at the 23-407 corner block, the 23-113 bottom pivot, and the 23-112 top pivot. Please review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Yes, these look to be right. I need the roller that goes on the inside spring loaded tops, a 48" top track, the top track adjustment pieces that hold the outside spring loaded top pivot and the bottom bracket that holds the adjustable bottom door pivot. There may also be a spring device that receives both inside spring loaded pins for a soft closure. Thanks for your help.

The spring-loaded top pin with the nylon roller is the 23-114 which may be the part you need. You'll want to compare the specifications to confirm. As for the other parts described, I would need to see photos of the originals in order to narrow down your options.

What is the part number for the 48" upper track and bottom pivot wall bracket please.

We sell the 23-510 track that comes with the pivot brackets, but you will need one 23-164 snugger as well.
