Thanks for reaching out to us. I can't identify what you have here just yet. Could you remove these parts from the door and show us some photos? We will also need to see the other parts you're looking to replace for the track. 

Thank you for the additional photos! I recommend you look at the 23-407 corner block, the 23-113 bottom pivot, and the 23-112 top pivot. Please review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware. 

The spring-loaded top pin with the nylon roller is the 23-114 which may be the part you need. You'll want to compare the specifications to confirm. As for the other parts described, I would need to see photos of the originals in order to narrow down your options. 

We sell the 23-510 track that comes with the pivot brackets, but you will need one 23-164 snugger as well.
