Hello! I hope I can help. I agree that our 15-087 looks very similar at first glance, but there's one important difference I see in your photo: the style of the cam that accepts the pivot bar. Our 15-087 has a little tooth that sticks down, but yours has an extra little opening on the bottom instead. It may not seem like much, but that could make a big impact. While the 15-087 may work with your old coil balance, your old pivot bar won't be able to fit into it. The bad news is that I couldn't find a version of the 15-087 that matches yours. The good news is that you still may be able to get it to work, you'll just have to change the pivot bar to match the new shoe. Consider our 26-040. This is the pivot bar most commonly paired with the 15-087. Look over its dimensions (especially the 2" spacing between the screw and the front tip) and see if this will fit in the same space where your current pivot bar goes. If it does, then we have a solution. As for left and right, the 15-087 works for both sides interchangeably. The diagram below may also be helpful in understanding how these work.
