Searching for 5621 keyed handle

Hello - I would like to replace the regular handle in the attached photos with a keyed/locked handle. Series 5621 sliding doors.

Sure thing. I think our 82-081 keyed mortise style handle set may be worth considering. Look over our measurements listed, and see what you think.

My current lock (inside the sliding door), that the handle set would connect with, has a square drive. Would this keyed handle work with that? The image for the handle set looks like it's not square, but maybe flat. Please will you confirm? Thanks

Yes, it will. The 82-081 is designed to work with a 82-268B mortise, which i believe is what you have. It has a square hole. I hope this clears up any confusion you may have been having.
