We don't have the exact fittings as yours, but we believe we can still supply hardware that will work for you. 

Start with our 15-228 pivot shoe, which is 1-1/4' wide by 17/32" thick. Also see our Series 160 coil spring We don't one as strong as yours, so you would need to use two S160-6 springs on each side of the sash. You will need a new 15-150D double-coil housing to hold two springs on each side. You would hook the top S160-6 to the bottom S160-6 spring, and then attach the bottom spring to the pivot shoe. This would also be for the balance system in your photo, marked 12.5. For the 11.5 you would pair up two S160-5.
